My "Go To" Programs
There are a TON of Beachbody Programs and Products out there, but I am continuously drawn to a core group of 4 or 5 Programs. You can click here, and then click on "Shop", to see the full line of Beachbody Programs and you can ask me about any one of them (I've tried most of them at least once)! The programs below aren't for everyone, but there is a good mix here and I think that anyone can start with any one of these and see incredible results!
Focus: T25

Even though I owned P90-X and Insanity several years before I bought T25, T25 was the one that really jumpstarted my transformation. I knew that I needed to do workout consistently to lose the 30 pounds of goo that I had, but I couldn't get out of bed to workout for 45-60 minutes, especially when I was supposed to do Insanity! Focus: T25 is a great place for just about anyone to start. There is a modifier to follow if you need to and if I can get out of bed for 25 minutes of equipment free cardio, so can you!!! I lost nearly 19 pounds in 10 weeks with this program so yeah, it works!

The one, The only, The original........P90-XWhat can I say about P90-X that hasn't already been said? The original, at home, Extreme Workout! I started and stopped this program half a dozen times before I even came close to finishing! Simply put, you can't do this program and follow the nutrition guide for 90 days and not see life changing results!

Body Beast
I put off buying this program for YEARS because it just looked like a bunch of annoying gym rats doing annoying gym rat stuff. I was SOOOOOOO wrong about that!! I mean, yes, this program does have some incredibly annoying stereotypical gym rat stuff in there, but the workouts themselves, and the science behind them, is awesome!! I love the Beast workouts and amazingly so does Brandi. Lifting weights isn't about getting "bulky" unless you want it to be. It's about getting stronger and leaner and this program gets you there. At $39.90 for the entire program, this is the best "bang for your buck" in the Beachbody line-up!

22 Minute Hard CorpsLast, but certainly not least is one of the newest programs in the Beachbody lineup......22 Minute Hard Corps. When this program first came out I was really skeptical that you could get a good workout in 22 minutes. Again, I was wrong! It seems like everyday is leg day and everyday is back day and everyday is cardio day! But's it's that combination of involving the largest muscle groups and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that gets the job done! I don't even start sweating until 10-12 minutes into these workouts but I am sweating LONG after I am done. Even the modified moves are exhausting, but if you are looking to seriously torch some goo and if you don't have an hour to spend working out everyday, this program gets it done in only 22 minutes.
